Most of our litigation work is charged on an hourly rate basis due to the unpredictable nature of litigation and the difficulty in accurately estimating the work required from the outset.

We also offer tailored monthly retainer arrangements for clients requiring ongoing legal support.

In certain cases, such as Employment Tribunal matters or other litigation where the scope of work can be clearly defined, we may agree a fixed fee by prior arrangement. Any fixed fee will be considered on a case-by-case basis where it is suitable for the nature of the matter.
