I'm Eve, a lawyer for Start-ups, SMEs, Solopreneurs and Entrepreneurs.

 

I am the founder of Pure Business Law and a solicitor with over 20 years of legal experience working in both the private and public sectors (central and local government).

I head the Firm’s legal practice, providing advice on a wide range of construction, business sales and purchases, company commercial, IT, employment, commercial property and litigious matters.

My primary professional interest is in business law where I have acted for businesses and individuals in building and construction, acquisitions, disposals, restructuring and regulatory compliance in the service, finance, technology, entertainment and hospitality industries, retail, accountancy and care homes,
